The firm was then renamed “Honeywell-ELAC.” In 1998the nautical division of the company was resold to L3 Technologies, which was later sold to Wartsila in 2015 before being acquired by Cohort PLC in 2019. in 2016, ELAC acquired Audio Alchemy, an American audio company.
